What this screen is for
Four counters summarise total devices, how many are online now, and the split between mobile and desktop. The table lists each device with its user, name and platform, the app version it is running, its presence and when it was last seen, and its location where known. A separate switch controls location tracking; when it is on, team members are asked to consent on their own device, and a map appears for devices reporting a position.
Why it matters
This is the practical view of who has your company data on which device, and the version column is where you spot machines running an old app. Location tracking is a decision about your staff privacy, not just a display option, so turn it on only with their knowledge.
What you see on this screen

A Location tracking card follows, with the switch and its full explanation: when enabled, team members are asked to consent on their device, then their app shares approximate GPS while it is open, and it should be used responsibly and in line with local law. Where any device is reporting GPS, a map appears with a marker per device.
The table has five columns. User is the person signed in. Device is the device name with the platform and operating system version underneath. Version is the app version it is running. Status is a coloured dot with the presence word and how long ago it was last seen. Location shows a GPS position with a link to the map where the person has shared it, or an approximate city marked approx where it is derived from the network address.
A footnote states this plainly: approximate locations come from the network, and precise GPS appears only when the team member has enabled location sharing on their device.
Filters and actions
There are no filters, search or export. The only control is the location tracking switch, and only a role with permission to manage it sees the switch rather than a read-only On or Off marker.
Status values
Online - the app is active now. Idle - signed in but not currently in use. Offline - not connected. The line underneath gives the last-seen time, reading Just now, minutes or hours ago, or a date for anything older than a month.
