What this screen is for
The latest published release is shown with its version, release notes, size and date, and a download button. Where builds exist for platforms other than Windows they are listed separately with their own version and download. A wizard covers installing on a new computer, and the rest of the page covers the licences and the machines using them.
When to use it
Use it when setting up a new computer, when someone needs the installer, or to confirm which version a site is on. If no release has been published yet the page says so rather than offering a stale download.
What you see on this screen
The release card marks the Latest build with when it was released and a download button. Where no build has been published the card says so and notes that once one is, the installer appears here and existing installations update themselves automatically. An Other platforms section lists any additional builds with their own version and download.
Installed computers is the table underneath, with six sortable columns. Computer is the machine name and hostname. System is the operating system and the app version, with an Update badge where a newer release exists and a Latest marker where it is current. Location is derived from the network address. Status is a dot and label. Last Activity is when the machine last checked in. Actions holds the per-machine options.
Filters and actions
There are no filters. Install on New Computer opens the wizard. Download fetches the installer for the platform on the card. Refresh re-reads the list of installed computers, which is worth doing after a new install rather than assuming it has not registered. Columns can be sorted by clicking their headers.
Status values
Online - the computer is connected now. Offline - it has connected before but is not connected at the moment. Never connected - the installation has not yet checked in. Revoked - access for that machine has been withdrawn.
