What this screen is for
Every supported gateway appears as a card showing its supported currencies and countries, whether it is configured, whether it is running live or in test mode, and whether it is currently active. From the card you can configure a gateway, edit its credentials, deactivate it or remove it. A warning at the top of the page names any currency you invoice in that no active gateway can process.
Why it matters
Test mode looks configured but will not take real money, and a gateway that does not cover an invoice currency leaves the customer at a payment page that cannot complete. Both failures are only visible to the customer, which is why the currency warning is worth acting on.
What you see on this screen
Where a currency is uncovered, a banner opens the page naming it and stating the consequence: the Pay button will not appear on invoices you share in that currency, and everything else still works. It then either names the gateways that could handle it, or says that none of the gateways listed can process it.
Each gateway is a card carrying its name and a one-line description - Stripe for cards, wallets and bank transfers worldwide; PayPal globally; Razorpay for UPI, cards and netbanking in India; FacePOS for open banking across the UK, Ireland and Europe; Square for cards and wallets. The card shows Supported Currencies, Available In and, once set up, Credentials, along with badges reading Connected, then Live or Test Mode, or Inactive. A gateway not yet set up reads Not Configured.
Filters and actions
There are no filters. An unconfigured card offers Configure. A configured one offers Edit for its credentials, Deactivate or Activate, and Remove. Removing warns that existing payment links using that gateway may stop working.
Status values
Not Configured - no credentials saved. Connected plus Live - taking real payments. Connected plus Test Mode - set up but only accepting test transactions; real customers cannot pay. Inactive - configured but switched off, so it is not offered.
