My Attendance

Your own attendance history, month by month, including the shift it is measured against. Available to staff whose login is linked to an employee record.

What this screen is for

This is your personal attendance history. You choose a month and see your own days for it, with a summary, measured against the shift that covered most of that month — its name, start and end times, the grace allowed on arrival and the expected hours. Showing the shift is deliberate: without it, a minute counted as late looks arbitrary.

The dates follow your company's clock rather than the server's, so the day boundary is the one you actually work to.

When to use it

Check it before a pay period closes, so anything that looks wrong can be raised while it is still easy to sort out. If your login is not linked to an employee record, the page says so and there is nothing to show.

What you see on this screen

A line under the title names the shift the month is measured against, with its hours, the expected hours a day and the grace allowed on arrival. Where no shift is assigned, it says so plainly and explains that lateness and overtime cannot be measured without one.

Seven cards summarise the month: Present, Absent, Half Day, On Leave, Net Hrs (with the gross hours and the break that separate it named underneath), Break Overruns with the hours taken, OT Hrs, and Late Entries with the total minutes.

The table then lists your days:

  • Date — the day.
  • Status — how the day was counted.
  • In Time and Out Time — the first and last scan.
  • Gross Hrs — the raw interval between them.
  • Break — time taken as a break.
  • Net Hrs — gross less break. This is the figure pay is worked out on.
  • OT Hrs — overtime beyond the shift's expected hours.
  • Late — whether arrival was outside the grace period.
  • Remarks — any note recorded on the day.

Filters and actions

  • The month picker in the header chooses which month is shown.
  • Where a day looks wrong you can raise a correction against it, saying what is wrong and giving the in and out times you believe are right.
