What this screen is for
This screen lists the payslips that belong to you, newest first, with a filter for a particular year. Each one can be opened and downloaded. The list is built from your salary payment records, so a period shows up here once it has been paid or recorded.
When to use it
Reach for it when you need a payslip for your own records, or when something outside work asks for proof of earnings. Use the year filter when you need a full year rather than the most recent months.
If your login is not linked to an employee record, the page says so and no payslips can be shown; ask whoever manages staff records to connect the two.
What you see on this screen
Each payslip is a card rather than a table row. Closed, it shows the period it covers, the date it was paid on, the net pay, and a status badge.
Opening one splits it into three:
- Earnings — each earning component and its amount, closing with Gross Pay.
- Deductions — each deduction and its amount, closing with Total Deduction.
- Summary — Gross Pay, Total Deduction and Net Pay. On a part-paid period, a Balance unpaid line in amber names what is still owed.
Every figure is shown to two decimals, so the component lines add up to the totals above them and match the PDF.
Filters and actions
- The year selector in the header narrows to one year, or All Years.
- Clicking a card's header expands or collapses it.
- Download PDF — offered inside an expanded card, where the payslip came from a salary payment.
Status values
- Draft — generated but not yet issued.
- Submitted — approved and due to be paid.
- Partially Paid — part of the net pay has been settled; the balance is named in the summary.
- Paid — settled in full.
- Cancelled — withdrawn.
