Laabam.One is operated by Laabam One Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. We respect your right to control your personal data. Under GDPR, the Indian IT Act (2000), and other applicable privacy regulations, you can request the deletion of your personal data from our platform at any time.
This page applies to all Laabam.One services including our marketing website (laabam.one), our SaaS web application (laabam.app), and our mobile applications available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
When you submit a data deletion request, we will permanently erase the following data associated with your account:
Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and all account settings.
All invoices, purchase bills, journal entries, products, customer/vendor records, and accounting data within your company schemas.
Employee records, salary structures, attendance logs, leave balances, and payroll processing history.
Subscription history, wallet balance, and payment records (subject to legal retention requirements).
All files, attachments, company logos, and documents uploaded to our cloud storage (DigitalOcean Spaces).
Authentication tokens, session data, notification preferences, and connected device information.

Full data deletion completed
Once your request is received, we will acknowledge it within 24 hours. All active sessions and access will be revoked within 7 days. Complete deletion of all your data from our systems, including backups, will be finalized within 30 calendar days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
In certain circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain some data even after a deletion request. This includes:
Financial transaction records required by tax and accounting regulations under the Indian IT Act and GST laws (typically 7 years).
Basic identifiers to prevent fraudulent account re-creation or abuse of our platform.
Data relevant to ongoing or potential legal disputes until fully resolved.
Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you.
Any retained data is kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Once the retention period expires, the data is permanently deleted.
Deleting your account and data is permanent and cannot be undone. All your business data, invoices, employee records, and uploaded files will be permanently erased. Please ensure you have exported any data you need before submitting a deletion request.
