What this screen is for
When a connected AI assistant is asked to add or change something, the request is parked here as a draft rather than applied. Each entry shows a short summary of what is proposed, who or what proposed it, when, and when it expires if nobody acts. The page states plainly at the top that nothing here has been saved, because that is the whole safety property.
Why it matters
Approving a draft is what actually writes it to your books, and it runs against this company using the permissions you hold here. The inbox shows one company at a time, so a banner tells you when drafts are waiting in your other companies, which would otherwise sit unnoticed until they expired.
What you see on this screen
An explainer card heads the page: a connected assistant cannot write to your books, it leaves a draft here instead, and the record is only created when you approve it - so an instruction hidden in an email or a supplier PDF can at worst leave a draft you decline.
Where drafts are waiting in your other companies, an amber banner counts them and names each company, since this page only ever shows the company you are currently in.
Each draft is a card showing what is proposed, a status pill, an optional one-line summary, and a meta line reading who proposed it, when, when it expires, and who handled it. The proposed values are listed field by field. Where the draft carries line items, a table shows them, with anything the system thought unusual highlighted and listed first; long lists are truncated with a button to show the rest. Once handled, the card reports the record created, or the reason it could not be.
Filters and actions
There is no search or filter - the list is the queue. Each pending draft offers Decline and Approve and create. Approving opens a confirmation repeating the proposed values, warning where rows were flagged as unusual, and stating that the change applies to this company as if you had done it yourself and will be attributed to you. If your role may not approve, the card says so instead of offering the buttons.
Status values
Waiting for you - pending your decision. Created - approved and written to your books. Declined - rejected, nothing written. Expired - nobody acted before the deadline. Failed - approved, but the record could not be created; the reason is shown.
