My Promotions

Your own promotion history, most recent first. Available to staff whose login is linked to an employee record.

What this screen is for

This screen shows the promotions recorded against you, newest first. It is a read-only history: the entries themselves are created by whoever manages staff records, and appear here once they exist.

When to use it

Use it to check what has been recorded about your role changes and when each took effect. If a promotion you expected is not listed, or a date looks wrong, raise it with whoever keeps the staff records rather than trying to change it here.

If your login is not linked to an employee record, the page says so and there is nothing to show.

What you see on this screen

  • Date — the date the promotion took effect.
  • From Designation — the job title held before.
  • To Designation — the job title moved into.
  • Status — whether the promotion has been approved.

Where nothing has been recorded, the table is replaced by a short message saying no promotion records were found.

Filters and actions

There are none. The screen is a plain history of your own record, with no search, no filters and no buttons — everything here is created elsewhere by whoever manages staff records.

Status values

  • Approved — the promotion has been agreed.
  • Pending — recorded but not yet decided. A promotion with no status set reads as Pending.
