What's the difference between the three plans?

Standard (₹500/month) covers 1 company with 1 owner, 1 user, 1 auditor and 10 GB storage. Professional (₹1,999/month) covers 3 companies with 1 owner, 5 users, 1 auditors and 50 GB storage, and adds multi-location support, API access and custom branding. Enterprise is custom-priced for unlimited companies and users, 200 GB storage, white-label options and a dedicated account manager.

Can I add more users to my plan?

Yes! Standard Plan users can add extra users at ₹200/user/month. Professional Plan users can add at ₹150/user/month. Enterprise Plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost. You can add or remove users anytime.

Is the 21-day free trial available for all plans?

Yes! You can start a 21-day free trial with any plan. No credit card required. You get full access to all features of your chosen plan. You can switch plans or cancel anytime during the trial period.

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the difference prorated for the remaining period. If you downgrade, the credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. International cards are also accepted. All payments are processed securely through RazorPay with bank-grade encryption.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pay for six months up front and save 10%, or pay annually and save 20%. Annually that is ₹4,800 for Standard (₹1,200 saved) and ₹19,190 for Professional (₹4,798 saved). Six months costs ₹2,700 for Standard and ₹10,795 for Professional. Enterprise is quoted separately.

What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

For Standard (10 GB) and Professional (50 GB) plans, you will receive notifications at 80% and 90% usage. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional storage at ₹100 per GB per month. Enterprise includes 200 GB.

Is GST Filing included in all plans?

Every plan includes GST-compliant invoicing and GST Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). Professional and Enterprise add GSTR-9/9C, ITC reconciliation, TDS.

Yes, all plans support auditor access with view-only permissions. Standard includes 1 Auditor, Professional 1 Auditor, and Enterprise unlimited auditors. Auditors can view financial records, generate reports and export data. An auditor occupies a seat like any other user.

Standard Plan: Email support (24-48 hours response). Professional Plan: Priority email support (12-24 hours response). Enterprise Plan: 24×7 priority support via email, phone, and chat, plus a dedicated account manager.

Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans include free migration assistance from Excel, Tally, Zoho, or other software. Standard Plan users can avail migration services at ₹2,000 (one-time). Our team will help you import all your data safely.

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. You'll have access until the end of your billing period. You can export all your data before canceling.

No hidden charges for software features. However, pay-per-use services like GST filing (₹500/filing), SMS (₹0.30/SMS), WhatsApp (₹0.25/message), and Email marketing (₹0.10/email) are charged separately from your wallet balance.
